Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the Architech website collects, why we need it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. By using the site and submitting forms you accept this policy.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is F.E.R ARCHITECH SOFTWARE AI AUTOMATION LIMITED, registered at Paleon Patron Germanou 11, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus. Registration number: HE 497267.

2. What we collect
Data you provide: name, email or phone, the content of your message, the service and budget you select, and anything else you add to your message or send us in messengers.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language, referring source, pages viewed, date and time of the visit.
Cookies and analytics identifiers — see section 5.
We do not collect special categories of data such as health, religion, political views or biometrics. Please do not include such information in your messages.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare an estimate and discuss the project.
To enter into and perform a contract, handle paperwork and accounting.
To understand how the site performs and improve its content and speed.
To send materials about our services — only if you gave separate consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To comply with legal obligations and defend our rights in case of disputes.
4. Legal grounds
Consent: contact forms, newsletter, optional cookies.
Performance of a contract or steps before entering one: preparing a proposal, delivering a project.
Legitimate interest: site security, spam protection, basic analytics, protection of our rights.
Legal obligation: accounting and tax records.
5. Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies keep the site working: they remember your language and colour theme. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Google Analytics helps us see which pages are useful. It collects aggregated, non-identifying data about visits.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then behave differently.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Data may be processed by our contractors acting under contract and on our instructions: Google services (Sheets, mail and Google Analytics) used to receive requests and measure traffic, the messengers you chose to contact us, and accounting or legal advisers.
Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Some services are located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other safeguards permitted by law.
8. How long we keep data
Requests and correspondence — 24 months from the last contact.
Contract documents — for the period required by the law of Cyprus, usually 6 years.
Analytics data — up to 14 months.
After that data is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
You may access your data and receive a copy, correct inaccuracies, request erasure or restriction, receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time — which does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus (commissioner@dataprotection.gov.cy).
10. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to requests is limited to staff who need it and protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. We keep the software we use up to date.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
11. Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to help@architech-ai.org and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. A new version is published on this page with a new update date. We will announce significant changes on the site or by email.
