Process

Architecture before code

A predictable project is the result of a predictable process. This is how an engagement runs from the first call to life after launch.

01

Discovery

We study your processes, users and goals and define what has to change. The outcome is a written scope: what we build, what we deliberately leave out, and how success is measured. Nothing is estimated before this is clear.

02

Architecture and design

We design the system, the data model and the interfaces. You see a clickable prototype before development starts, so changes happen while they are still cheap. The architecture is chosen for the load and the roadmap you expect, not for the technology of the month.

03

Development

Work runs in short iterations with a demo every two weeks, a transparent task board and automated tests. You always know what is done, what is in progress and what is next. Scope changes are priced and agreed before they enter the sprint.

04

Launch and growth

We release, monitor stability and improve based on real usage data. After handover you receive the source code, documentation and all access credentials. Support and further development continue as long as you need them.
