These terms apply to the use of the website operated by F.E.R ARCHITECH SOFTWARE AI AUTOMATION LIMITED, registered at Paleon Patron Germanou 11, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus, registration number HE 497267 (“Architech”, “we”). By using the site you accept them.
1. Purpose of the site
The site presents our services and work and lets you contact us. It is informational: the content does not constitute an offer, a contract or professional advice, and figures or timelines mentioned are indicative until confirmed in writing.

When you send a request you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential material, personal data of third parties or credentials through the form.
A request does not create a contract. Work begins only after a written agreement signed by both sides.

The site, its design, texts, code, logo and graphics belong to Architech or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
Client names, logos and trademarks shown in the projects section belong to their owners and are used to identify the work performed.

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, send automated requests at a volume that degrades service, upload malicious code or use the site for unlawful purposes.
5. External links
The site links to external resources such as our social media profiles. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
